Gece hesabını silme
Bu sayfa Gece iOS ve Android uygulaması, gece.ai ve Telegram'daki Gece (@GeceRobot) için geçerlidir; hepsi aynı hesabı kullanır. Uygulama geliştiricisi: Kaotik Games.
Nasıl silinir?
- Uygulamada: Profil → Hesabı Sil → onaylayın.
- Web'de: gece.ai/hesap sayfasında giriş yapın → Hesabı Sil → onaylayın.
- Giriş yapamıyorsanız: hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesabımı sil" yazın; kimliğiniz doğrulandıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.
Silinen veriler
- Hesap bilgileri (e-posta, ad, dil, Apple/Google/Telegram bağlantısı) ve tüm oturumlar
- Kredi bakiyesi (kalan krediler iade edilmez)
- Yüklediğiniz ve ürettiğiniz tüm fotoğraf, video ve ses dosyaları, sohbetler, koleksiyonlar ve modeller
Silme hemen gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Saklanan veriler
- Ödeme ve kredi hareketi kayıtları, yasal muhasebe yükümlülüğü için hesabınızla bağı koparılarak (anonim) yasal süre boyunca saklanır.
- E-posta adresinizin geri çevrilemez özeti, aynı adresle açılan yeni hesaba hoş geldin kredisinin tekrar verilmemesi için saklanır; bu özetten e-posta adresiniz elde edilemez.
- Güvenlik kayıtları (e-posta adresi çıkarılmış) kötüye kullanımı önlemek için en fazla 180 gün saklanır.

Deleting your Gece account
This page applies to the Gece iOS and Android app, gece.ai and Gece on Telegram (@GeceRobot); all of them use the same account. App developer: Kaotik Games.
How to delete
- In the app: Profile → Delete Account → confirm.
- On the web: sign in at gece.ai/hesap → Delete Account → confirm.
- If you cannot sign in: email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with "Delete my account"; it is deleted within 30 days after we verify it is you.
Data that is deleted
- Account details (email, name, language, Apple/Google/Telegram link) and all sessions
- Credit balance (remaining credits are not refunded)
- All photos, videos and audio you uploaded or created, chats, collections and models
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Data that is kept
- Payment and credit transaction records are kept for the legally required period for accounting, unlinked from your account (anonymous).
- An irreversible hash of your email address is kept so that a new account opened with the same address does not receive the welcome credit again; your email cannot be recovered from it.
- Security logs (with your email removed) are kept for at most 180 days to prevent abuse.
