Frequently asked questions
Is it a one-time payment?
Yes. Credit packs are a one-time payment; there is no auto-renewal.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. Gift and campaign credits follow their own terms.
What if a generation fails?
Credits spent on a generation that fails for technical reasons are refunded to your balance automatically.
Is the balance shared between web and Telegram?
Yes. gece.ai, @GeceRobot and the mini app use one wallet; credits are not money and cannot be cashed out.
Can I get a refund?
No. Credits are digital content added to your account immediately, so there is no right of withdrawal and purchased credits are not refunded. Credits for a generation that fails due to a technical error are restored to your balance automatically; if you are charged twice or incorrectly, the difference is refunded.
Which payment methods can I use?
On the web you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay on a compatible device and browser. Prices are in USD; the checkout may show the amount in your card’s currency, and you see the exact amount before you confirm. Dodo Payments e-mails you the receipt. In Telegram (@GeceRobot and the mini app) payment is made with Telegram Stars.
Before buying, read the Terms of Use, Delivery and Refunds, Distance Sales Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.
