Terms of Use

1. The service and acceptance

gece.ai is a platform offering AI-powered generation tools, applications and the account and credit system connected to them. By creating an account or using the services you accept these terms.

2. Age requirement

The service is available only to users aged 18 or over.

3. Account and security

You must use accurate information that belongs to you when creating an account. The security of your password and sessions is your responsibility; notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not transfer your account to third parties.

4. Credits

A credit is a digital right of use valid for generations and features across Gece products. Credits work as a single balance across all Gece products; they are not money, cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred to third parties. Campaign and gift credits are subject to their separately announced conditions.

5. Purchases and right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content delivered electronically and added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed; under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal, and purchased credits are not refunded. Exceptions: (1) credits spent on a generation that fails due to a technical error are automatically restored to your balance; (2) if a duplicate or incorrect charge is detected (e.g. the same payment taken twice), the difference is refunded. Payments on the web by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay are collected by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record; payments in Telegram are made with Telegram Stars.

6. Acceptable use

The services may not be used to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is harmful or deceptive. Damaging the systems, bypassing security measures, automated abuse and attempts to resell the service are prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension or closure of your account.

7. Your uploads and third parties

You must hold the necessary rights to the photographs, audio and text you upload. You may not upload another person's photograph or voice without their explicit permission. Images of minors may not be uploaded. Impersonation, misleading or deceptive content, deepfake fraud or defamation, and unlawful content are prohibited. In case of a violation, your account may be closed and the offending content deleted.

8. Content and intellectual property

The software, design and content of the site and products belong to Gece. You may use the outputs you generate with the tools provided you comply with these terms and applicable law; responsibility arising from your inputs and the use of outputs rests with you.

9. AI outputs

Generated images, videos, audio and chat responses are created by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or unexpected. When publishing content, you are responsible for disclosing that it was generated by AI. Some outputs may carry an ‘AI-generated’ label.

10. Limitation of liability

The services are provided 'as is'; uninterrupted and error-free operation is not guaranteed. AI outputs may inherently contain errors; verification for important decisions is your responsibility. Subject to mandatory law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when needed; significant changes are announced on this page. The service is provided by Gece (gece.ai); the seller and payment intermediaries are listed in clause 1 of the Distance Sales Agreement. For questions write to [email protected] or use the contact form.
