Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and age limit

This policy applies to all Gece products, including gece.ai, Telegram @GeceRobot and the mini app, and applies together with the Terms of Use. Gece is only for users aged 18 or over.

2. Your uploads and consent

Only upload photos, audio and text that you own or for which you have the explicit permission of everyone shown. You may not use another person's face, image or voice without their consent.

3. Prohibited content and uses

You may not use Gece to create, upload or attempt to create:

• Nudity or sexual content
• Content involving minors
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent
• Use of another person's face without their permission
• Harassment, bullying and hate speech
• Violence and gore
• Illegal content
• Misleading political content
• Spam and abuse of the service
• Attempts to bypass content filters or safety measures

4. Content moderation

Uploads, requests and generated content pass through automated content filters, with human review where needed. Requests that violate this policy are not carried out.

5. Consequences of violations

In case of a violation, the content concerned is removed and your account may be suspended or closed. Credits spent on or abused through policy-violating use are not refunded.

6. Reporting and contact

If you see content that violates this policy, or believe your image has been used without permission, report it to [email protected]. The service is operated by Gece (gece.ai); trade name and company details will be updated on this page once incorporation is complete.
