Delivery, cancellation and refund terms

1. Scope

These terms cover digital credits used on gece.ai and in the Gece app and should be read with the Terms of Use. The Turkish text is binding.

2. Delivery method and time

Credits are digital; there is no physical delivery or shipping. Credits are added to your account immediately upon payment confirmation. Generated content is delivered in the app.

3. Right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content delivered electronically and added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed; under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal, and purchased credits are not refunded. Exceptions: (1) credits spent on a generation that fails due to a technical error are automatically restored to your balance; (2) if a duplicate or incorrect charge is detected (e.g. the same payment taken twice), the difference is refunded.

4. Failed generation

Failed jobs are not charged: credits spent on a generation that fails due to a technical error are automatically refunded to your balance.

5. Incorrect charges and requests

If you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, report it with your order number by e-mail or through the contact form. Requests are assessed within 3 business days; a confirmed difference is refunded through the payment method used, and how long it takes to appear depends on your bank. For card payments (Dodo Payments) the refund is made through Dodo Payments to the card used; payment and dispute requests can also be sent to Dodo Payments’ customer support.

6. Disputes

Consumer buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in their place of residence.
